Invoice
I aim to be fair and simple. I carry 10lb and 20lb bags to meet your ice needs. See price chart below for examples:
Standard Delivery Fee - $10.00
Additional mileage outside of Abilene - $.70/mile
(price per pound of ice - $.35 cents)
20lbs of ice = $7.00
50lbs of ice = $17.50
100lbs of ice = $35.00
150lbs of ice = $52.50
200lbs of ice = $70.00
250lbs of ice = $87.50
300lbs of ice = $105.00

The above calculator is a general estimate. From my personal experience, my wedding had about 70 guests and not everyone was drinking. I had a total of about 200lbs of ice used for both chilling and serving drinks and still had some left over at the end the night, so it can vary.

The Story Behind Chilled Events
My Story
I got married in 2025 and had always planned for a full bar for all my guests. One of the worries I had was how I was going to get so much ice without having to burden myself, a family member, or a friend. After doing some research I found out that there were no ice delivery companies in the Abilene area. So, I set out to try and bring this convenience to others. I'm happy to now provide Abilene and the surrounding areas with an ice delivery service!
Oh, and a good friend ended up going out and purchasing about 20 bags of ice which was a life saver! (Thank you Jeoffrey)
